Privacy Policy

The Short Version

We don't collect personal information. We don't sell data. We don't track you.

What the Bot Stores

When you add NuCaloric AI to a Discord server, we store:

• Server ID and channel IDs you choose for news delivery. These are Discord's internal numeric identifiers, not names.
• Bot appearance settings (nickname, avatar URL, banner URL, bio) if you customize them.

None of this is personal data. We don't store your messages, member lists, names, or any information that identifies a person.

What the Website Stores

When you log in to the dashboard, we temporarily store:

• Your Discord user ID (a number) and username to keep you logged in.
• A session token (a random string) stored in a cookie.

This data exists only while your session is active. Sessions expire after 30 days or when you log out, and the data is deleted. We don't use cookies for tracking or analytics.

We also record basic traffic statistics: which country a visit came from (using a two-letter country code provided by our hosting infrastructure) and which website referred you to us (domain name only, e.g., "google.com"). This data is aggregated - we count totals per page, per day, per country, and per referral source. We don't record IP addresses, browser details, or anything that could identify an individual visitor. Traffic data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

The website also hosts public content such as guides, FAQ, countdown timers, news feeds, and player statistics. None of these features collect personal data.

What the Mobile App Stores

If you use the NuCaloric AI mobile app, we store:

• Device ID - a random identifier used solely to save your notification preferences (e.g., which news categories you want push notifications for). It is not linked to your identity or used for tracking.
• Device make and model - included only when you submit a bug report or feature request, so we can reproduce issues. It is not collected at any other time.

Neither of these values can identify you personally. They are never used for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and are never shared with third parties.

What We Don't Collect

• No analytics or tracking scripts. We count page views, visitor countries, and referral sources in aggregate (e.g., "50 visits from the US via google.com today") but don't record who visited or any identifying details.
• No email addresses, real names, or personal information.
• No message content from your Discord server.
• No browsing history.

Who Can See Your Data

Only the bot operator (the person running NuCaloric AI) can access the database. We don't share or sell data to anyone.

Where Data Is Stored

All data is stored in a database on our server. It is not sent to any third-party services except Discord (to deliver messages and verify your login).

Deleting Your Data

• Server data: Remove the bot from your server via Discord's server settings. All configuration for that server is deleted when the bot is removed.
• Session data: Click "Logout" on the dashboard, or your session will expire and be deleted automatically.

Children

NuCaloric AI follows Discord's age requirements. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
