These terms apply to the NuCaloric AI Discord bot and the nucaloric.ai website. By using either, you agree to these terms.

What NuCaloric AI Does

NuCaloric AI is a Discord bot that delivers Marathon news from Bungie to your Discord server. The website lets you configure which channels receive news.

Your Responsibilities

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service when using the bot.
• You need the "Manage Server" permission in Discord to configure the bot for a server.
• Don't try to abuse, spam, or overload the bot or website.
• Don't attempt to access data or servers that aren't yours.

What We Provide

• NuCaloric AI is provided as-is, for free. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
• We can change, pause, or shut down the service at any time.
• We are not affiliated with Bungie, Inc. or Discord, Inc.

Content

News articles delivered by the bot come from Bungie. We don't create or control that content. Bungie owns their content.

Termination

We can block any user or server from using NuCaloric AI if these terms are violated. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Liability

NuCaloric AI is a free hobby project. We are not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
